Reverse Cherry Blossoms

One of my favorite places is Washington D.C., but I've never visited when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. This is my take on the blossoms, with the blooms beaded with black seed beads and various shades of pink at their center. Short hematite-colored bugle beads make up some of the branches, with the remaining branches and backgrounds painted with acrylic.
